General Information

The Vintage Computer Festival (VCF) is the only event of its kind anywhere in the world.  This two day festival features speeches, presentations and workshops by notable computer industry figures and vintage computer hobbyists.  There is an on-site, hands-on vintage computer exhibition featuring many of your favorite classic computers.

Ground zero for VCF 3.0 is the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California, on October 2nd and 3rd.  Register early to take advantage of special savings on admission.

The VCF has all sorts of swell prizes to give away this year.  We've got books, t-shirts, and of course computers!

The VCF also features the Vintage Computer Flea Market.  Find those old computers, peripherals, manuals, and programs you've been looking for!  The flea market is the ideal way for new comers to the field to start their own collection or for seasoned collectors to add to their existing stash.

The most exciting aspect of the Vintage Computer Festival is the series of speakers we line up to tell the true stories of computing history.  Last year we featured Ray Holt, who designed the first microprocessor (pre-dating Intel's 4004), and Gordon Bell, inventor of DEC's PDP series of mini-computers.

Celebrate the good old days of computing!  Attend the Vintage Computer Festival!!!
